• Project Management Unit (PMU).
• Development Planning.
• Town Planning.
• Roads and storm water drainage.
• Public facilities and amenities.
• Infrastructure maintenance
• Housing
• Provide sustainable Municipal Infrastructure.
• Operate and maintain the current infrastructure.
• Plan Infrastructure Development.
• Source funds for infrastructure projects.
